pretty, pretty design ideas: designsalon.

if they only would not have used frames: endlosproduktion (yet another austrian website manufacturer). the german pendant (from a literary point of view) is unendlich and their site really sucks.

henry sturcke: "das jahr 2000 und das ende der welt im internet".

according to mr mundl, the viennese dialect is one of the friendliest of the world: heans, bei ihna schauts jo aus wia beim idi amin! well, i apologize for that, but i was too busy these days to clean up my room. hearst, du redst a so an saubledn bledsinn daher des is jo bled, des is jo a trottlerei! excuse me, but would you mind to lower your voice just a little bit? den ramm i de wüde oba, das kana waß wer der piefke is! (blush!)

strange, it seems as if i have completely forgotten to mention the extraordinarily impressive "apocalypse" exhibition at the royal academy of arts in london... yesterday one of the exhibits, maurizio cattelan's "the ninth hour", was damaged by raging catholics on the occasion of its exhibition in warsaw.

austrian literature magazine die flut took over the binary era of die zeit before her redesign (night and day) publishing their and our textual outpour in sophisticated wrapping. from here the way leads to machfeld but that's another cup of tea – just like "am pool" (non-slantedly germane to pool only from a typographical point of view) as well as "im loop" (same story, different direction).

on january 19, 1997, the beta version of sixdegrees was launched. on february 2, 1999, it was mentioned on helma. on december 31, 2000, sixdegrees is closing. and today doc searls asks a good question.

certainly there must be a harry potter weblog – and there is: the leaky cauldron: we blog for harry... but wait, i consider those books as suitable for children only and any grown-up potter-head who pretends to go crazy for them as – well: crazy. however, "bertie bott's every flavor beans" are surely a hit. especially now that they became physical. besides the common high-artificial aryl-based aromata the "every flavor beans" include some really interesting species: "sardine", "buttered toast", "black pepper", "grass", "root beer", "horseradish" – and "booger". yum! also be sure to watch out for "dirt", "mustard" and "vomit"(!) in fall 2001.
